If you have any issues with the products you have ordered, please contact our customer service team immediately, and they will advise if there are any options available.

According to the Chinese Consumer Rights Protection Law, China-Pack does not accept exchanges or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind (e.g., no longer needing the boxes or ordering too many of a specific product)
  • Ordering the wrong item (e.g., the packaging from China-Pack is too large or small and does not meet your needs)
  • Finding the same product cheaper elsewhere
  • Becoming aware of relevant defects before purchasing the product (e.g., sample stock)
  • Damage to the product due to improper use (e.g., incorrect folding of the product)
  • Delays by the courier service

What if the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered?

We take great care to ensure our products are of the highest quality. However, if you find our products to be defective for any reason, or if we have not delivered the product you ordered, we are willing to help resolve the issue. If a product purchased online is found to be defective or the delivered product does not match your order, we will accept the return. All claims for defective or incorrectly delivered products must be received within 5 days of the delivery date.

China-Pack may require you to provide additional information or photos via email to help us evaluate your situation and resolve the issue as soon as possible. All claimed defective online-purchased products must be returned to China-Pack for the product development team to conduct a formal assessment.

How long will it take to receive a refund if approved?

Once China-Pack receives your item, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account. The time you receive the refund depends on how long your financial institution takes to complete the refund transaction.
